SHELDON FORREST
is a New York City pianist (by way of Los Angeles and
San Francisco) with 30 years experience who plays Jazz,
Blues, Cabaret, Broadway, Pop, Rock, & Classical styles.
Sheldon has been active as a piano bar entertainer; a
cabaret musical director; a musical theater audition,
rehearsal, & orchestral pianist; a piano teacher; a vocal
coach for opera, broadway, and jazz singers; and a jazz
ensemble player.
Sheldon is available for special events, music festivals,
corporate events and private parties, and has travelled
as far as Italy for an inviting gig. He continues to do
arrangements, transpositions, transcriptions and charts;
sit-ins and last-minute substitutions; and reliably drops
whatever else he's doing for attractive musical opportunities.
